We know that speed and flexibility are everything in e-commerce. When a customer needs to cancel an order, waiting for a support ticket to be processed creates stress and friction. That's why we're thrilled to introduce our new Automated Self-Service Order Cancellation System.
This major enhancement puts instant control back into your hands, allowing you to cancel orders efficiently, directly, and with quick feedback—saving you valuable time and effort.
What's New: Speed, Control, and Clarity
Our automated system provides a seamless workflow designed to eliminate manual delays and communication gaps.
5-Minute Cancellation: Once you submit the request, our system immediately checks eligibility. For unshipped orders, the cancellation is confirmed and synced with our ERP system within approximately 5 minutes. You will receive a final, non-reversible status update at that time.
Cancel right from the portal: Initiate cancellation requests directly from the Portless Portal, the request flows right to our fulfilment system.
Clear Eligibility Indicators: You'll see a clear "Cancel Order" button that is enabled for unshipped orders and automatically disabled once an order has been marked as shipped, so you don’t have to guess about cancellation eligibility.
Timely Status Updates: After submitting a request, you will receive a final status update within approximately 5 minutes, keeping you updated in near real-time.
Just a quick note: If the cancellation is successful, please remember to manually update the order status in your Shopify Admin yourself to keep your internal records perfectly aligned.
